Exchange 2007 SP2 Windows 2008 R2에 설치시 오류

Exchange 2007 SP2를 설치할때 Windows 2008 R2에서 설치하지 못하는 오류를 설치 파일 교체로 해결 할 수 있다고 합니다.

아래 파일을 "다른 이름으로 저장"을 선택하여 다운로드 받으신후 Exchange SP2 파일의 압축을 해제 합니다.

그리고 Setup\ServerRoles\Common\로 이동하여 원래 존재하는 파일과 교체해주시면 됩니다.

원본파일은 만일을 위해 백업해 두시기 바랍니다.

아래는 언어별 교체해야하는 2개의 파일 입니다.

    회의실 사서함 만들기

    회사에서 회의실 예약을 게시판 같은 곳에 한다면 중복되서 등록되는 경우가 많겠지요?

    그럼 여기서는

    Outlook의 일정과를를 통해 예약 시간대가 서로 공유되는 회의실 사서함을 만들어 보도록 하겠습니다.

     

    먼저 새 사서함을 만듭니다.

    리소스 스키마 생성하기(사용 가능 장비 및 특성 지정)

    장소 사서함에 해당 리소소 사서험 속성 확인하기

    설정한 리소스가 정상적으로 할당되었는지 확인합니다.

      

    테스트 내용

     Administrator 유저로 미팅룸을 예약 합니다.

    위와 같이 Confroom1과 5th Floor Conference Room을 각각 다른시간으로 예약을 설정합니다.

     

    다른계정으로 들어가 일정도우미를 통해 사용 가능한 시간대를 자동으로 표시해줍니다.

     

    리소스 스키마를 설정했을경우 해당 리소스를 검색해서 사용가능 장소를 선택할 수 있습니다.

    Storage Groups (Mailbox) 백업 및 복원 방법

    백업 방법

    1. MailBox 백업 하기(필수)

    Windows NT_Backup 사용, 메일 박스 선택

    Windows 2008은 기본적으로 NT_Backup을 지원하지 않으나 Exchange 2007 Sp2에서 부터 지원이 가능함

    H/A 구성으로 백업을 대체할 수는 없음

     


    백업이 완료후 정상적으로 완료되었는지 확인이 필요함


    2. 오프라인 주소록

    \ExchangeOAB
              백업하지 않아도 무방함

     

    3. 시스템 상태 백업

               NTBackup 사용, system state backup 혹은 Exchange 레지스트리

    복원방법

     

    NTBackup시 저장소 복원

    1. 관리 도구에서 Mailbox선택후 Dismount함


    2. 등록정보를 클릭후 일반에서, “This database can be overwritten by a restore” 체크후 확인 누름

     


    3. NTBackup     사용하여, 백업한 MailBox 파일 복원

    복원시 로그 및 패치 임시 파일 위치와 복원 세트 유지 및 복원 이후 데이터 베이스 탑재 옵션 체크 필요

    오프라인 주소록(Offline Address Book) 만들기

    그리 어렵지 않는 방법이므로 간단히 설명하겠습니다.
    클라이언트들이 항상 사용자를 검색할때 온라인으로 연결하여 검색을 한다면 서버의 리소스를 적지 않게 차지 하므로 오프라인 주소록을 만들어 주소록을 직접 다운로드하여 네트워크 리소스를 적게 운영하며, 클라이언트가 온라인 할수 없거나 단순히 연락처만을 검색할때에는 유용합니다.

    그럼 만드는 방법을 알아 보겠습니다.
    1. 먼저 Exchange 2007 관리 콘솔을 실행하여, 조직 구성의 사서함을 오픈합니다.
    2. 그 다음 오프라인 주소록이라는 탭을 볼수 있는데 탭을 선택한후 그 아래 빈공간에서 마우스 오른쪽 버튼을 클릭하여,
    3. 새 오프라인 주소록 을 클릭합니다.
    4. 그러면 아래 그림과 같이 마법사가 실행되는것을 확인할수 있습니다.
      기본적인 주소록 파일 이름을 주고, 생성할 서버를 선택한후 어떤 주소를 포함할것인지 선택할수 있습니다.(특정 소수 주소만 포함가능)


    5. 다음을 누르면 배포 지점을 선택하여야 하는데 공용폴더 방식과 웹 기반으로 배포를 할 수 있습니다.
      OUTLOOK 2003 SP2 이상이라면 웹 기반 배포를 추천 합니다. (두가지 다 선택 가능합니다.)

    x64 Intel Xeon or Pentium processor supporting the Intel Extended Memory
    64 Technology (Itanium IA64 processors are not supported by Windows Server
    2003).
    ■ x64 AMD processor supporting the AMD64 platform.
    ■ A 64-bit version of Windows Server 2003 running with at least Service Pack 1,
    with New Technology File System (NTFS) as the file system on both the operating
    system partition and all partitions containing Exchange binaries, databases,
    transaction logs, etc.
    ■ A minimum of 1 gigabyte (GB) of random access memory (RAM) for the operating
    system, plus 7 megabytes (MB) per mailbox you plan on hosting. Microsoft
    recommends 2 GB of RAM and 10 MB per mailbox.
    ■ A minimum of 200 MB of available disk space on the system partition.
    ■ A minimum of 1.2 GB of available disk space on the partition where you will
    install Exchange.
    ■ An additional 500 MB of available disk space per unified messaging language
    pack you plan on installing.
